Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded promptly upon identification.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Diagnostic fees when service is declined by customer
  • Emergency service calls completed as requested
  • Services performed according to customer specifications
  • Parts and materials that have been installed and are functioning properly
  • Services where customer-provided information was inaccurate

Refund Process

To request a refund or discuss service concerns:

  2. Provide details about your concerns and desired resolution

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

Warranty Coverage

Our services include warranty coverage that may address issues without requiring a refund:

  • Workmanship Warranty: 90 days on repair services
  • Installation Warranty: 1 year on new installations
  • Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts

Warranty service is provided at no charge and may resolve issues more effectively than a refund.
