Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Rob's Heating & Cooling or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Rob's Heating & Cooling provides professional HVAC services including but not limited to:
- Furnace cleaning and maintenance
- Duct cleaning services
- Heat pump repair and maintenance
- Boiler service and repair
- HVAC system installation
- Emergency heating repair services
Service Appointments
Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via phone or email.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Access: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and work areas.
Pricing and Payment
Estimates: Written estimates are provided for major work and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Emergency Services: Emergency service calls are subject to additional fees as disclosed at the time of service.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship: We provide a 90-day warranty on our workmanship for repair services.
Parts: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims when applicable.
Installations: New installations include a one-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturer warranties on equipment.
Limitation of Liability
Rob's Heating & Cooling's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
- Damage resulting from customer modifications to our work
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about HVAC systems and issues
- Ensuring safe working conditions and access to equipment
- Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
- Following maintenance recommendations to maintain warranties
- Prompt payment for services rendered
Safety and Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with local building codes and industry standards. We maintain appropriate licenses and insurance coverage. Customers will be notified of any safety concerns discovered during service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Idaho state law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
